In this basic meditation, designed for beginners, Saqib will explain how to undergo an enriching and focused, breathing practice. He will also explain how to watch your thoughts. In doing so, you will begin to develop the notion of mindfulness, key to meditative practice. Following this, a short, but beautiful meditation will be offered, accompanied by Tibetan singing bowl music in the background. This meditation will help listener's to enter a state of relaxation and improve focus. At the conclusion of the meditation, Saqib will provide some general and useful tips for beginners, wishing to learn the practice of meditation.
